Job summary
This role will have primary responsibility for creating analyzing and validating business requirements translating them into detailed functional requirements user stories defining acceptance criteria test cases tracking dependencies.Responsibilities
- Coordinates with product development engineers to track communicate design development support maintenance problems solutions.
- Identifies documents reports design reliability maintenance problems bugs gathers consolidates feedback customers field staff.
- Coordinates field support specialists customers address resolve problems expand product usage.
- Answers customer field support questions provides guidance support product integration infrastructure issues.
