    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Under director-level supervision, the Sales Manager will travel approximately 80% of the time within the Michigan/Ohio territory to make sales calls on prospective and current clients for a Pain Management device.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial and follow-up sales calls on clients.
    • Provide product in-services to current clients as needed.
    • Stay knowledgeable about the use, operation, and maintenance of the system.
    • Stay up-to-date on competitor products.
    • Develop a sales plan aligned with company objectives.
    • Document sales activity for supervisor.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Preferred qualifications include one year of sales experience in the medical field, familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management, and military veteran experience, especially given the company's current business with national VA facilities.

    Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    • Ability to present written information and findings clearly.
    • Ability to communicate complex concepts.
    • Ability to make executive-level presentations.
    • Ability to interact effectively with coworkers and outside contacts.

    Physical Position Requirements:

    • Ability to travel 80% of the time.
    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Ability to fly on an airplane as required.
    • Ability to drive a motor vehicle for long periods.
    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
    • Ability to hear and speak English clearly.
    • Ability to operate typical office equipment, including personal computers, copiers, telephones, scanners, and printers.
