A place for pampering and serenity in the heart of Wisconsin's Northwoods. Join "The Spa" as a Receptionist to support clients and staff.
This part-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.
Position Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and checking in clients for their appointments.
• Answer calls, book client appointments and take payments for spa services.
• Organize files for billing, customer and client records.
• Help with laundry for spa towels and linens.
• Take supply inventory and place orders to replenish stock that is running low.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to respond positively and respectfully with clients.
