Responsibilities:
Administration and management of Nursing Services to residents. Complete new resident interviews, data collection, and move-in paperwork. Communicate changes of residents to staff.
As the DON, you will complete bi-monthly ISP, wellness visits, daily check-ins
Continue to maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents
The position conducts the nursing process – assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation – under the state and company regulations, policy, and procedures; ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Wisconsin state RN license.
ASN or BSN.
CBRF/ RCAC (Long-term, elderly care, geriatric etc.) acute health care plus
Nursing supervisory experience is required.
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of recent, relevant experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule needed
