Job Opportunity Tracks:

• Track 1: Outpatient and Diagnostic Focus
• Track 2: Inpatient and Procedural Focus with Outpatient and Diagnostic Responsibilities

Clinical Duties for both tracks include evaluating patients in the clinic, interpreting echocardiograms, stress tests, and nuclear stress tests (no nuclear board certification required). Additionally, Track 2 involves evaluating and treating inpatient cases with a focus on comprehensive cardiac care.

In terms of diagnostic responsibilities, Holter monitor and heart monitor results are interpreted for both tracks. Track 2 also requires procedural expertise including performing transesophageal echocardiograms and electro cardioversions. Sedation management is provided for relevant procedures as well as opportunities for teaching research activities where candidates may allocate time if they have their own funding.
