- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress and make recommendations for educational programming.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive mental health and well-being.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations governing the provision of psychological services in educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
