Review forms to evaluate the need for revision, consolidation, or discontinuationWork with business stakeholders to define requirements (stakeholders include Legal, Insurance, and Operations)Confer with form users to gather recommendations for improvements, considering such characteristics as form necessity, completeness, design, text, and specifications as to size, and number of copiesDesign, draft, or prepare finished master copy for new or modified form, or confer with printers representative to specify changes in the format and approve proof copiesMonitor form requestsCreate, update, and close form requests as neededDocument form test requirements and defining form test casesTest forms and document testing resultsCommunicate with the team and IT regarding testing findingsValidate form changesProofread form/contract to ensure changes are complete and accurateManage projects as they impact formsResearch form history as needed for Legal or Audit requestsOrganize form filesIdentify common elements across formsTrain end users
