    Ellana Construction Consultants (Ellana Inc) is seeking a collaborative, confident, and motivated Construction Cost Estimator.

    A variety of positions are available depending on experience, qualifications and disciplines. We are seeking individuals with cost estimating project experience for all disciplines.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


    • Performing detailed quantity take offs and assigning unit pricing

    • Estimates preparation at various stages of project development

    • Ensuring overall accuracy and completeness of the estimate

    • Soliciting project pricing from vendors and/or sub-contractors

    Basic Skills and Qualifications:


    • Knowledge of engineering and construction principles

    • Proficiency in reading and understanding construction documents

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

    • On-Screen Take-Off; BIM Interference is a Plus

    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and clear lines of communication with clients and employees

    • Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills.

    Requirements:

    -Background in civil/site, infrastructure, construction management, or related fields.

    -Minimum 5+ years experience in construction estimating. (All Disciplines)

    Compensation:

    Salary is TBD based on experience and discipline qualifications.
