- Manage and coordinate project teams, including E.I.T.s, CAD designers/technicians, sub-consultants, and contractors.
- Plan, schedule, and deliver the technical and financial aspects of land development projects.
- Support construction phase services, including site visits, bid documents, submittal reviews, and pay applications.
- Interpret and resolve technical issues with minimal oversight.
- Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance.
- Maintain effective communication between disciplines, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Conduct all business in a professional, ethical manner while supporting company growth and goodwill.
- Travel overnight when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development projects.
- Active P.E. license (or ability to obtain in state of employment).
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring E.I.T.s.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience preparing technical deliverables (work plans, contracts, summary reports, project correspondence).
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve technical challenges independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
