    We at IUPUI Center for Young Children (CYC) believe children learn through play, hands-on activities, experiences, and interaction with their environment. We are Hiring Mixed Preschool Age Assistants

    We believe children learn through play, concrete experiences, and interaction with their environment, parents, peers, and teachers.

    We provide a setting where children can wonder, solve, learn, and grow. We strive to amplify the potential of all children within our care through the guidance and encouragement of experienced and professional teachers.

    Our curriculum design aims to promote independence, self-esteem, confidence, and critical thinking skills, providing the foundations for continued intellectual and academic growth.

    Educational Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
    • Effective interpersonal skills
    • Maintains a high degree of professionalism
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
