    An employer is looking for a Change Management Process Engineer to join the team in the development of the world's largest Automotive Battery Manufacturers.

    This individual will be reporting directly to the assistant plant manager.

    The primary focus will be to manage, document, and ensure all changes within the engineering process are adequately meeting expectations.

    Working directly with the process engineering department, quality engineering department, and external suppliers. This role requires consistent follow up and seeing the changes through a project management lens. Knowledge around process engineering, six sigma and continuous improvement is the key to being successful in this role.
