As an Operations Specialist (Quality Assurance) you will experience an Atlanta-based eCRM (electronic Customer Relationship Management) focused agency specializing in utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).You will get to be side by side some of the most talented, dedicated, and fun digital marketers in the industry.
As an Operations Specialist (Quality Assurance) you will support our Operations (Quality Assurance) team focusing on the final execution of our clients' projects while learning the ins and outs of electronic customer relationship management.
You will be part of a team that is dedicated to meeting our clients' goals while providing you an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally as you begin your digital marketing career.
What you will be doing:
Guided by the Solutions Consultant Director you will focus on ensuring our client's digital campaigns/journeys, including email and SMS, are perfect before deployment.
Ensure all aspects of campaigns/journeys are met by testing not only the look, but also the function of a campaign and validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts.
Resolve any issues found during the testing phase working side by side all teams to maintain our client's brand quality standards.
Gather data and learn how data is used in marketing campaigns/journeys to deliver on our one-to-one customer promise.Work with team members to create automations within SFMC's Automation Studio.
Schedule the campaign/journey for deployment utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Performs other duties as assigned.
