- Secure the sale of the vehicle.
- Treat every client in a courteous, professional manner.
- Manage, train, and motivate the F&I manager team.
- Maintain (or exceed) minimum acceptable standards with regards to the sale of F&I products and financing. These standards are defined by both income levels as well as penetration levels.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several lending sources.
- Submit all paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Finalize all paperwork accurately and submit in a timely manner to the accounting department.
- Understand manufacturer's programs, special rates, rebates, and incentives which are ever evolving.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
- Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions
- Finance Director experience preferred but not necessary
- Finance Manager with 2 or more years of experience encouraged to apply
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
- Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Full-time employees are offered Medical, Vision & Dental after 2 months of employment
