Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated RN who wants to make a real difference in the quieter hours of hospice care.
As an On-Call Hospice Nurse, you'll offer crucial support to patients and families during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Respond to after-hours calls and provide triage, guidance, and occasional in-person visits when patients need urgent support
- Communicate and coordinate with the broader hospice team to keep all care providers informed
