Travel - PT Outpatient

Shift: Variable Days, 7a-5:30p / 7:30a-6p, 9's/10's, 36/40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• OH is part of the PT compact privilege states
• 1 Year' Experience
  
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS

****flexible schedule, 4 10's, 7:00-5:30, 7:30-6:00 or 4 9's and 1 half day (we try to work with clinicians for preferred day off, or half day, but it could be any day of the week. ***
• Clinic is open 7:00-6:00 Mon-fri and 8:00-12:00 on Saturday. Saturday hours are not required and Fridays are usually done a little earlier.

• Clinic is open 7:00-6:30 mon-Thur, and 7:00-5:00 on Friday
• We have both inpatient and outpatient but main focus would be outpatient
• We see a lot of ortho patients, but also see vestibular, lymphedema, Parkinson's, and pelvic floor to name a few
• No pediatrics
Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program.***Currently licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio***
