In this role you will
- Operationalize the Platform as a Product: Transform internal hardware and simulation tools into a reliable customer-centric service that enables Autonomy engineers to ship code with confidence and speed.
- Drive Strategic Technical Trade-offs: Evaluate complex architectural proposals—such as build-vs-buy on hardware rigs or cloud vs. local simulation—balancing immediate project needs with long-term platform scalability.
- Master Project Lifecycle & Execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from initial requirements gathering with cross-functional stakeholders to laboratory deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor and Scale the Team: Foster a high-performance culture by coaching engineers on technical excellence career growth while recruiting top-tier talent to meet evolving demands of truck programs.
- Bridge Software Physical Reality Act as primary interface between pure software teams vehicle hardware teams ensuring platform accurately reflects complexities autonomous truck.
