Adjunct - Sociology - Bangor, United States - Husson University
Description
The HU College of Science and Humanities seeks an adjunct instructor with a Master's Degree in Sociology or related field or at least 18 graduate hours in Sociology or Anthropology.
Introduction to Sociology, Contemporary Social Issues, and/ or Cultural Anthropology. Applicants should complete the application and send a current curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and list of references. Teaching opportunities will be dependent upon the needs of the University. Assignments may require teaching day, evening, or online classes as needed.
Examples of Duties
We are currently seeking to create an applicant pool for Introduction to Sociology, Contemporary Social Issues, and Cultural Anthropology. Applications will be reviewed on an as-needed basis. To keep the applicant pool up to date, please reapply each academic year.
Typical Qualifications
Candidates should have a Master's Degree in Sociology or a related field or at least 18 graduate hours in Sociology.
Introduction to Sociology, Contemporary Social Issues, and/ or Cultural Anthropology
