    GDIT is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join the Network/Telecom team as part of our Supply Chain organization. This Associate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating strategic procurements that are aligned with enterprise strategies and objectives. This team's main responsibility is to purchase network equipment, cabling, telecommunication services/devices, audio visual equipment, and installation. Maintain relationships with our strategic suppliers.We are GDIT. The people supporting and securing some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country.     • Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements.

    • Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action.

    • Management of RFQ/RFP's from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution

    • Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc.

    • Ensures high internal customer satisfaction.

    • Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree

    • 5+ years in government contracts and/or strategic procurement

    • 2+ years' experience managing and executing service agreements.

    • Location: Hybrid--must be able to go into an office at least once a week

    • Experience in written/oral communications at all levels of the company.

    • Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data.

    • Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process

    • Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 2+ years in network telecom purchasing and contract negotiation or similar commodity technical understanding of systems, tools and related technology that supports Supply Chain organizations

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to negotiate agreements

    • Relationship and Teamwork skills

    The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
