    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Manager, Trauma Intensive Care Unit

    Location: Wichita, Kansas

    Salary: $77,000-$115,000

    Job Description:

    A skilled Registered Nurse is sought to manage the Trauma ICU team at a high-performing healthcare facility in Wichita, Kansas.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daily operations of the Trauma ICU, ensuring high standards of patient care.

    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and improve overall department performance.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in an ICU or trauma setting and 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage critical situations effectively.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to support and develop the ICU team.
