Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering Directors on architecture to address business requirements and enhance efficiency within the organization.
• Mentor and enhance the skills of engineering teams concerning technical approaches to software development, testing, and documentation.
• Research and collaborate with engineering teams to boost the security, resilience, maintainability, and quality of both existing and forthcoming technical solutions.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical challenges, minimizing any disruption to the business.
• Maintain accurate and up to date technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Promote and enforce best practices for software engineering, including code quality, test automation, and CI/CD processes.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their potential value for adoption.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross functional stakeholders to deliver innovative, high impact solutions.
• Protect and manage our company's and members' data daily by committing to our ethical policies.
• Exhibit trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of handling and maintaining confidential information.
