    Job DescriptionHOURS: 6am- 3:30pmPAY:$22 and up DOE
    **Minimum 1 year of experience** (Not Stamping)
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
    • Maintain safe work environment (i.e., use of personal protective equipment, proper lifting techniques, etc.).
    • Performs daily Preventive maintenance on machine.
    • Gain knowledge and inspection practice to ensure conformance to quality department specifications.
    • Inform management or leads of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
    • Start up and stop equipment.
    • Perform routine operations related to the Press Brake equipment.
    • Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment.
    • Clean the production area (sweep, mop, and remove debris).
    • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
    • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
    • Ensure conformance to specifications.
    • Mark parts for identification.
    • Place equipment on conveyor belt/tables/baskets/totes for further processing.
    • Properly scrap non-conforming material (set up parts).
    • Read and interpret gauges.
    • Record data.
    • Use Epicor ERP to log into and out of jobs.
    • Take instructions from the team lead/management/supervisory personnel.
    • Work from routings, manufacturing instruction sheets, blueprints, visual aids, or other instructions to manufacture product at required quality levels.
    • Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
    • Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand.
    • Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.
