- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers using Maxio (f/k/a Chargify)
- Setup new customers, manage customer cancellations and upgrades/downgrades in Maxio
- Manage multiple email inboxes for customer invoicing inquiries
- Send overdue bill reminders and contact customers directly via email and phone call to resolve customer collections issues
- Responsible for tracking and reconciling outstanding payment issues
- Resolve customer's billing issues, query resolution and process credit memos where necessary within company guidelines
- Perform monthly revenue tie-out and identify discrepancies and trends
- Assist bookkeeper with customer payment application
- Assist with ad-hoc special projects, as necessary
- 1-2 years Accounts Receivable/Billing experience required
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of basic A/R and Revenue accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry skills along with an eye for numbers
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Excel formulas
- Familiar with cloud databases and ability to efficiently work remotely
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high volumes of transactions in a given day
- Must be capable of prioritizing daily workloads, knowing which issue to tackle next based on the urgency of the task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Summary:
Radicle Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work across multiple operating companies/products. This role will report to the AR Manager and will provide full cycle tasks associated with Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections. This role will be heavily focused on AR but could have longer term growth opportunities within the accounting organization.

The expected range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 USD. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
