Job summary
The Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Accounting & Reporting team is primarily responsible for the ledger close process and the accounting, analysis, and financial reporting results of Manulife's Legal Entity Reporting (LER) subsidiaries. The LER team focuses on performing the legal entity controllership function for a growing number of subsidiaries,Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly/quarterly preparation of financial statements, CFO and Board of Directors reporting packages, and disclosures for a number of US and Canadian subsidiaries
- Oversight of financial statement preparation and coordination of annual external audits for US and Canadian subsidiaries
