• Experience | The Candidate personnel shall have 3 to 5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments performing network engineering (hardware and/or software), design, planning and implementation
• Experience | The Candidate personnel shall have an advanced professional level of experience.As well as the ability to work on projects/systems of medium to high complexity surrounding network planning, configuration, and optimization
• The Candidate personnel may work on one or more projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project team lead, and may be asked to coach more junior technical staff
• Monitoring the State Network's performance
• Managing alerts and tickets generated by the network monitoring tools
• Implementing necessary configurations and adjustments to ensure optimal network functionality
• Monitoring and assist in reporting issues with the network/system for greatest performance
• Providing timely updates and reports on the network's status to relevant stakeholders
• Collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve any network issues promptly.
• Providing assistance to ensure the security of deployed applications.
• Providing technical documentation of work performed in standard project team format
• Providing assistance performing network maintenance activities on current SEIM monitoring tools
