Job Description

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role:

Develop and implement effective financial strategies to ensure accurate financial records and optimal cost management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Lead financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance evaluation to drive informed decision-making.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation).
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial management role in the skilled nursing industry.
Strong financial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
