Job summary

Under limited supervision supports administration maintenance of benefit wellness programs The position requires strong attention to detail organizational skills ability to provide excellent customer service to team members Under hybrid schedule in-office remote work Job involves supporting administration maintenance of company-sponsored benefit programs providing administrative support of wellness program initiatives facilitating new hire orientation sessions annual open enrollment communications ensuring accurate processing enrollments changes terminations coordinating with vendors insurance providers reviewing responding incoming mail completing required forms Provides clear accurate information about medical dental vision retirement other benefit options answers questions directs team members additional resources as needed Oversees approves benefits-related workflows within HRIS provides guidance support follows up with team members colleagues when documentation is missing incomplete Serves primary contact for inquiries regarding benefits wellness programs via serviceticking system phone Teams messages etc Assists compliance federal state local regulations ERISA ACA COBRA Takes on related tasks projects requested management which may include assisting communications updating benefits documentation supporting open enrollment logistics helping compliance audits

Responsibilities
