Job Description: GINYC is seeking a Health and Wellness Specialist to inspire and guide middle school students in an after-school setting at our Bronx location. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creating a curriculum that promotes both physical and social-emotional well-being.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Serve as a well-rounded facilitator, transitioning between specialized wellness instruction, core Girls Inc. programming, and daily homework assistance.
● Introduce students to healthy living, self-care, conflict resolution, and positive relationship-building through interactive activities.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years' experience facilitating for high school and/or middle school youth.
