    Job Description:

    Summary:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and reporting. The CFO provides strategic financial leadership, manages financial risks, and ensures the financial health and stability of the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
    • Manage cash flow, financing, and investment activities.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate and communicate financial information to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
    • Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
    • Lead and participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
    • Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a similar industry.
    • Strong financial management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
    • Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards.
    • Experience with financial software and systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High level of integrity and ethics.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
