    Description

    Beneficial Insectary, part of Biobest, is a key player in the production and distribution of biocontrol and bumblebee pollination solutions. Located in Redding, California, Beneficial Insectary is poised for growth in existing and emerging market segments. We are actively seeking a 'people person' in charge of Human Resources.

    The HR manager will be responsible for all HR tasks at BI. The HR manager reports directly to the CEO of Beneficial Insectary and collaborates with an international Biobest HR team.

    Your responsibilities

    • and implement HR initiatives aligned with the Biobest values and objectives.
    • closely with BI management to have a clear understanding of strategy, talent needs and people implications.
    • the recruitment and selection process in order to hire to support BI's growth.
    • employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to foster a positive work environment.

    • HR policies and practices comply with all relevant laws regulation.
    • with the Global Biobest HR team on different projects and to ensure alignment and best practices.

    Your Profile

    We need someone who:

    • working closely with people and can build strong relationships.
    • think strategically to help the company thrive.
    • at problem-solving and can handle challenges.
    • effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • in a collaborative environment.
    • at least 5 years of experience in an HR manager/officer position.
