Raritan Valley Community College seeks a highly qualified Adjunct-Part Time Science & Engineering instructor. The ideal candidate will teach the Circuit Analysis course, covering circuit theory for electrical engineering majors. This role emphasizes different circuit analysis methods, Ohm's law, Kirchoff's laws, and network theorems.
Responsibilities:
- Teach the Introduction to Circuit Analysis course
- Cover D.C. and A.C. electrical principles
- Emphasize use of Ohm's law, Kirchoff's laws, and network theorems
- Introduce Phasors and Phasor diagrams for AC circuits with real and reactive power calculations
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Prior teaching experience preferred
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
