Job summary
The Cash Management Technical Support team is responsible for providing technical and operational support relating to customer relationships who utilize the GTBA suite of products and services.Key stakeholders also sit overseas in GTBD Tokyo.
This is a customer-facing role that requires developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
a practical understanding of our product offering (payments, collections and information reporting),
and providing ongoing support to customers using GTBA's Cash Products.
