- Lead change management in the UC organization, drives a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes or management tool technologies.
- In charge of implementing strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change
- Develop and execute Governance processes that meet business needs across the organization, including standards and procedures for operations governance.
- Identify, track and analyze key metrics and organization level action items for the UC's operating effectiveness and quality based on the Governance process.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and management in integrating business processes throughout the organization.
- 10+ years of experience in the Communications or IT industry.
- 10+ years of experience in a business operations and/or change management role or equivalent experience.
- Having software project management experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAFe and Agile practice is a plus
- At least a Bachelor's Degree required.
