    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols, procedures, and standards for employee and department well-being.
    • Compile incident records and conduct assessments to ensure compliance across all aspects of HSE.
    • Collaborate with maintenance personnel, customers, subcontractors, and regulatory entities to examine and interpret guidelines, norms, and statutes.
    • Identify the necessity for and coordinate audits of company-owned facilities.
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory mandates and audit criteria.
    • Aid in designing and implementing frameworks and benchmarks to streamline the encapsulation and evaluation of HSE data.
    • Under supervision, solve intricate issues that demand profound expertise in the sector and industry standards. Apply experience and critical thinking to devise and refine procedures.
    • Might offer advice to less seasoned colleagues.
    Education and Experience:

    • The qualifications essential for this role are generally attained through the completion of a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of practice.
