- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas including docks, aisles, break rooms, restrooms, and offices.
- Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel, optimizing resource use and efficiency across projects.

- Educational background: Minimum of eighteen months of post-high school education in general maintenance and repair or a related field.
- Experience: At least two years in a general maintenance role with skills in identifying system malfunctions and equipment failures.
- Technical training: Two years of technical schooling.
- Work experience: Three years in a role closely related to maintenance.
- Language skills: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office suite.
- Effective communication across all levels of management.
- Capability to make independent decisions and lead a diverse team.
- Problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
- Ability to analyze and logically support decisions and actions.
- The role requires physical activities such as lifting up to 30lbs, standing for extended periods, and significant walking including stairs.
