    About the Role
    AgencyQ is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team in Bethesda, MD.


    The primary responsibility of the Business Development Representative will be to generate a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities for our Sales Team by establishing an ongoing rapport with existing and prospective customers familiar with AgencyQ.

    The ideal candidate is excited by connecting with people quickly through conversation, can be fluid and comfortable in introducing AgencyQ's services, is creative in thought and problem solving, and is highly motivated and driven.

    Technical Competencies
    Develops and continually executes outbound email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
    Researches and pre-qualifies prospective organizations by understanding a prospect's needs, priorities, and goals
    Creates and prioritizes strategic target account lists
    Calls and/or emails prospects daily
    Identifies opportunities and arranges meetings with prospective clients, supporting the sales team to demonstrate AgencyQ's services and close new accounts
    Identifies decision makers and key influencers to begin the sales process
    Educates and informs prospects about AgencyQ's service offerings and the associated features and benefits.
    Appropriately communicates brand identity and corporate position
    Effectively overcomes objections of prospective customers
    Collaborates with Sales Manager to determine necessary sales approaches
    Creates a great first impression of agencyQ by actively listening to the customer's needs and responding professionally and knowledgably
    Handles inbound prospect calls and determine next steps (additional research, follow-up with information, send to marketing funnel)
    Achieves or exceeds goal for qualified leads to Sales monthly
    Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success

    Qualifications
    Preferably, 0‐2 years sales and/or lead qualification experience (including outbound prospecting)
    Undergraduate education preferred
    Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations – managers, directors, VPs, executives
    Clear and persuasive communicator, verbally and in written form
