James A. Wheat & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Comfort Consultant to join our team.In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure their comfort at home.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Conduct thorough assessments of customers' heating and cooling needs
Provide detailed recommendations for HVAC solutions and system upgrades
Prepare and present accurate proposals and quotes to customers
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and technologies
Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; background in HVAC or relevant sales experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
