    Description

    Job Summary:

    Join our team as a Warehouse Agent at our Spokane facility and become part of a dynamic work environment committed to safety and efficiency. This role involves critical tasks such as loading and unloading materials using a forklift, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and accurately managing inventory discrepancies against shipping manifests.

    Essential Functions:

    • Use manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks.
    • Handle materials which may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), and counting products.
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of packaging and systems work.
    • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
    • Comply with all TSA and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Skills/Competencies:

    • Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and using banding/shrink wrap materials.
    • Experienced in using RF scan guns.
    • Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to work well with others.
    • Basic Microsoft Office and data entry skills preferred.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs unassisted.

    Experience:

    • At least one year of experience in a warehouse setting.
    • Verifiable experience operating reach trucks and sit-down counterbalance forklifts.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must wear steel-toed boots/safety shoes.
    • Capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
    • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift objects above the head.
    • Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds.
    • Frequent use of pallet jacks and forklifts.
