- Experience using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zenoss, Splunk, and log files to evaluate the health of mission critical production applications and to identify root causes for performance and functional issues

- Frequently work with outside vendor representatives and technical teams that interface with internal applications
- Will be in a on-call rotation supporting applications 24/7
- Provides technical support to programming and operations areas.
- Works with other systems programmers to develop, install, modify, and maintain the operation system, software products and/or subsystems for network management, performance, and capacity management.
- Leads the testing, debugging and modifications of software applications and validates their efficient use and integration.
- Supports complex computer software such as utility programs, job control language, macros, and subroutines.
- Provides technical advice on the operating system and subsystems including performance monitoring and measurement activity.
- Assists with the training of less experienced Systems Programmers.
