    Client Overview:

As they continue to expand, they seek a dedicated Accounting Support Staff to enhance their dynamic team.

    Role Summary:
    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing Accounts Receivables and Payables, and assisting in various accounting projects. This role demands excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
    • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not essential.
    • Knowledge of audit and audit standards is advantageous.

    Key Skills Required:

    • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
    • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel & Word.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Schedule: Monday to Friday
    Salary: $40,000 - $70,000 per year

    Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
