    Job Description

    Woodward Resource Center (WRC) is seeking a Resident Treatment Supervisor (RTS) to join our team.


    The mission of Woodward Resource Center is to prepare and support individuals to live in the community of their choice.

    Discharge planning begins at admission.

    As part of the WRC team, you will:


    • Supervise and evaluate assigned staff. In collaboration with the home's supervisory team, monitor, guide, coach, train, direct, evaluate, maintain timekeeping, complete supervisory investigations, recommend disciplinary action, and complete all supervisory activities and documentation consistent with statutes, rules, policies, procedures, and protocols.
    • Monitor, coach, guide, and direct staff in providing care and active treatment to individuals in the home related to all aspects of their lives.
    • Assist with the development of BSPs and maintain BSP integrity and effectiveness through assessments, questionnaires, data collection, analysis, and consultations with the psychologist and others.
    • Use knowledge of applied behavior analysis to supervise, lead, and guide staff in assisting Individuals served with increasing adaptive behavior and decreasing maladaptive behavior.
    • Attend and participate in all interdisciplinary team meetings and other meetings as assigned (i.e. MIR/QIR/ISP/IDT Meetings, etc.) to contribute toward a comprehensive treatment plan that supports the individuals served to live safe, healthy, successful, self-determined lives in the community of their choice.
    • Monitor all required staff documentation to ensure it is timely, accurate, legible, complete, and meets documentation requirements.
    • Respond to, review, and document all incident reports for individuals in your home. Complete thorough review for all incidents of unknown origin in compliance with statutes, rules, guidelines, policy, procedure, and protocol.
    • Provide Competency Based Training (CBT) and/or retrain direct support staff related to ISPs, IPPs, BSP, and PNMPs as directed by your supervisor.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    A current Driver License and the ability to qualify to pass medications are required.

    Minimum Qualification Requirements

    Experience equal to two years of full-time work as a nursing or therapeutic assistant in a health care facility or other facility for the intellectually disabled, mentally ill, elderly, physically ill or disabled;


    OR


    an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one year of post high school education (thirty semester or equivalent hours) with an emphasis in nursing and/or the social or behavioral sciences for one year of experience to a maximum substitute of one year.
