Occupational Therapist - Home Health, Providence St Mary Chase Medical Complex-Walla Walla

Schedule:
Full Time, Day Shift

The Occupational Therapist in the Home Health Program sets up appropriate plans of care under the direction of the physician for the patient.

The Occupational Therapist will instruct and support other home health team members in carrying out home programs, including education of patients and caregivers, home health aides, and others who may be working with the patient.

The Occupational Therapist will carry out the program as thoroughly and effectively as possible.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Occupational Therapy or
Ph.

D. Occupational Therapy

2 years of experience in adult Occupational Therapy Services.
