    We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal in our Kalamazoo office, part of our offices in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Bloomfield Hills, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Chicago IL and Washington D.C.

    Job Summary

    The Real Estate Paralegal will assist Firm's real estate attorneys in various aspects of purchase sale financing lease transactions involving large retail shopping center developments residential housing condominium projects office buildings data centers commercial developments The paralegal will utilize knowledge understanding legal processes issues perform substantive work including factual legal research analysis drafting editing correspondence documents

    • Organize review maintain due diligence documents such as easement agreements lease agreements entity documents management agreements related documentation Review purchase sale agreements or financing agreements prepare checklists documentation timelines responsible parties Update checklists required transaction progresses Reviews title insurance commitments policies supporting documentation
