- Facilitates engaging and impactful learning experiences in a variety of settings for clinical and non-clinical roles across the system. Learning experiences may include but are not limited to technical training, clinical education, simulation, new employee orientation, etc.
- Creates a positive learning environment.
- Knowledgeable of adult learning and skilled in learning facilitation best practices.
- Evaluates learner performance and manages the effectiveness of content delivery.
- Assists with Learning Delivery tasks associated with learning programs such as facilitator onboarding, development and maintenance of system training environment, simulation equipment needs, scheduling needs, etc.
- Analysis, Documentation, and Implementation
- Collaborates with Learning and Development centers of expertise for consultation, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Identifies and explores ways to improve content and facilitation. Shares feedback and suggestions regarding facilitation best practices with Learning Design.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and Learning Designers to ensure content is up to date.
- Participates in Learning Delivery implementation activities including but not limited to planning, testing, pilot facilitation and train the trainer.
- Customer Management and Support
- Maintains positive, consistent, and effective communication with team members, learners, and departments across the system.
- Provides learner support as needed for go-lives, major system, and workflow changes.
- Understands and follows the escalation and change management processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in education, nursing, or related field or applicable work experience required
- 2 to 5 years experience in Learning and Development required
- May have expertise in education, business area, clinical area, or systems training
