- Conducts initial interviews with members to determine the nature and urgency of their needs.
- Provides professional recommendations and action plans.
- Offers clinical case management services to individuals of all ages.
- Delivers immediate guidance and therapeutic services during emotional crises.
- Maintains detailed records of therapy sessions and prepares necessary reports.
- Provides telephone counseling, resource information, and referrals.
- Participates in departmental projects and activities.
- Offers psycho-education within the treatment plan.
- Master of Social Work degree or a related Masters degree in a Behavioral Health field from an accredited College or University.
- Must hold an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor Registration in California.
- Employee must work a schedule to accumulate required supervisory hours annually.
- Must obtain state licensure within a specified timeframe.
- Experience in EMDR, DBT, 0-5, couples/families, LGBTQ+, and eating disorders preferred.
- Notes:
1-2 late nights per week until 7; Saturdays; occasional travel for training and coverage. -
