    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part-time Test Administrator in San Diego, CA. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and exceptional customer service in a comfortable and friendly environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
    • Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
    • Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
    • Perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Schedule Requirements

    We are seeking a flexible team player who can work a variety of shifts between Monday and Saturday, 8 am to 9 pm, with approximately 2 Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts may be infrequent but possible if needed. This is a strictly part-time position, working 10-15 hours per week with potential for more hours if required.

    Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
    • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
    • Flexibility in work hours and days is essential.
    • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desired.
    • Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
    • Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.
