    Job Title: Sales Agent

    Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team at The Sullivan Agency. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for protecting families with various insurance products, including life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, and index universal life.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generating new business leads and converting them into sales
    • Selling insurance products to clients and ensuring their needs are met
    • Maintaining existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth

    Requirements

    • Insurance license (we can assist in obtaining one)
    • Laptop/computer with video camera, high-speed internet, smartphone
    • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation

    Compensation and Benefits

    As a Sales Agent, you will be part of a 100% commission-based structure, earning up to $75-150K per year. You will also receive:

    • Up to $7,000 cash bonuses
    • All-expense-paid trip worth $8k based on sales in the first 90 days
