- Perform venipuncture and administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and changes in status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with procedures such as catheterization and wound care
- Administer treatments and therapies as ordered by physicians
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Mexico or compact RN license
- Proven experience in providing direct patient care across various healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment
