    YOUR TASKS
    A Operational Model
    1 Evaluating and agreeingtechnical customer product requirements including normal conditions of use
    2 Steering the creationof product system requirement specification based on the product use-casesin alignment with subsystems and other domains
    3 Owning full set ofrequirements, defines design across domains and ensures verification,manufacturing feasibility and conformity to all legal requirements
    4 Comprehensivelyensuring the creation of functional and structural product SystemArchitecture with respect to product conformity and functional safetyaspects
    5 Leading the alignmentw/ subsystems / Modules, definition and validation of interfacespecifications, requirements break down and system integration as well asthe team collaboration agreements
    6 Driving the technicalrisk management approach (e.g. Product FMEA)
    7 Steering the productconfiguration management and the system integration planning to assure theproduct maturity development along the product engineering process andderive measures in terms of deviations
    8 Steering the TestStrategy of the product in alignment with the system integration planning
    9 Assuring productfunctionality (incl. pushing ASIL conformity) against agreed requirementsvia testing results
    10 Defining and planningrisk management along the product development and drives this input tosupport the project manager
    11 Focusing the crossfunctional alignment between all domains of a system and its components
    12Executing of escalationto Management Change Control Board (CCB) and/or steering committee
    13 Responsible regardingfirst escalation and decision level to solve technical conflicts
    14 The chief engineer isresponsible for the technical Change Control and has the authority todecide technical solutions if decision cannot be made on domain level
    15 Aligning the decisionswith PJM according to the effects on Quality, Costs, Time (QCT)
    2 Forward- orientedguiding in alignment with functional leadership
    3 Guiding, instructingand supporting employees in role-related

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
    Proficient English bothin spoken and written 熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力
    Mechanical/Material andrelated discipline 机械/材料等相关工程专业
    More than 3 years workexperience 3年以上车灯设计相关工作经验
    Knows plastic materials,tooling and assembling 了解塑料材料,模具和装配
    Catia V5 expert 熟练操作CATIAV5
