    Summary/ObjectivesThe Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the Brand Marketing Manager and rest of the Marketing team with creation, development, management, and measurement (leveraging HubSpot whenever possible) of marketing initiatives, events, conferences, sponsorships and co-op reimbursements.

    Their major goals are to contribute to the success of the company's brand and sales efforts by growing brand awareness, driving traffic, executing marketing initiatives in response to sales goals, and implementing and coordinating events that are profitable, repeatable, and create lifelong brand loyalty.

    Market research - industry trends, competitor trends, customer behavior trendsPartner/vendor communications - keep up with what they are promoting and how we can work together on projects.

    Assist with brand awareness campaigns.
    Manage co-op reimbursements.
    Manage responses on social media; including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google reviews.
    Track and coordinate communications with event venues, caterers, bartenders.
    Assist on live events i.e. webinars.
    Assist with creative for presentations, webinars, meetings, etc.
    Track action items from all team/regional meetings and follow up to ensure completion.
    Proof reading for all external and internal marketing material.
    Manage theinbox.
    Respond and keep up with requests from sales/ other RJY employees that are sent toemail.
    Excellent interpersonal, written, organizational, and oral communication skills.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    Experience with HubSpot.
    Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time role with standard work hours of approximately 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday.

    TravelSome travel will be expected in this role, but it is 15% or less.
    Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
    Preferred Education and Experience0-2 years experience launching effective marketing campaigns and coordinating events.
    B2B marketing preferred.
