    We are seeking a Home Health Aide CNA to join our team You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide care to patients in their homes
    • Provide bathing, dressing, assist with ambulation and meal preparation

    ​Qualifications:

    • Experience preferred but not required
    • CT CNA certificate required
    • Personable and caring
    • Car required
